Golf For Teens
A new and fun program to introduce Teens to this wonderful game of golf. For ages 13 and older. Held on Saturdays with a qualified CPGA Professional. We teach solid Swing fundamentals that will last a lifetime. Emphasis is also laced on sportsmanship, golf etiquette and having fun. Students receive classroom time as well as hands-on coaching on our tee line.
Course Description
Lesson 1
Introduction to golf, Swing fundamentals (grip, aim, posture). Start of the swing motion. A 9 iron will be used for lesson 1. Clubs are supplied at no cost if required.
Lesson 2
The fullswing motion, proper swing balance, the pivot, follow through. Rules of golf.
Lesson 3
Driving off the Tee, faults & cures, tee-line coaching.
Lesson 4
Introduction to the short game (pitching,sand play) Classes held on our 11 acre short game area.
Lesson 5
Short Game (chipping & putting)
Our Tee Line is covered. We can conduct classes in even in the rain.
Make up lessons are available if a participant cannot make a specified class.
Number of Lessons – Five. 1.5 hours each.
